Been on the roof for cleaning, used a ladder.
Tried to walk on rafters but did get inbetween without a problem.

I would contact your dealer. We just spent 9 weeks in Florida using the factory TV as well as a second one installed in the "bedroom" area.
All worked fine.

Just returned from 9 weeks in Florida and the Passport performed very well.
