I just did the conversion on my Weber Q. The propane, QD fittings are 1/4 NPT, and are not available at any Lowes I went to. I bought the Camco hose from Walmart online and the propane QD fittings from a local RV store. CW online also has what is required. Either place sells Camco, which works well when adapting a Weber.

I also bought a hose with the regulator on the bottle end and a QD female on the other end for use at home on a 20# bottle.
