Also did like Hank said, put the grease fittings to the inside, makes it much easier to grease in the future. All of my bushings slid in easily, or just a light tap with a hammer. I also used a wetbolt for the EZ flex hanger, pretty sure those grease fittings are for the pivot of the EZ flex, not for the bolt, but it's been awhile since I installed and I could be wrong about that.

Thanks. Unfortunately there isn't a rental place or an auto store near the place I plan to do the installation. I will try the large C clamp first. If it doesn't work I'll have to get the ball joint tool. The EZ Flex is already installed so I'm debating whether I will just leave the center bolt alone.
