I agree with Hank, if there is 110 measured with a meter at the circuit breakers and nothing out of the distribution panel, it's a neutral loose somewhere. DISCONNECT the RV from the plug in, MAKE SURE THERE IS NO POWER !!!! then take the face off the distribution panel and check all connections. You also have a 4" x 4" junction box very close to the power cable input plug. There may be a wire nut loose in that junction box. It's usually 2 or 3 feet from the AC plug in on the side of the trailer.

It almost sounds like one of the power cable wires in the main power cable may have broken or come loose. This sometimes happens from pulling on the cable (dragging it out of the mouse hole) or from plugging it in with the power pedastle breaker on... Look at your plug and see if there are signs of arching and melting around the pins on the plug that goes to the campground power pedastle.
