You may need to get a wireless bridge, then if you go standard security dvr route, most are now networkable, and you should be able to plug it into the bridge to get it on the campground wireless. Then depending on how they do their remote connection, you could do it.

You could get the D-link cameras that are cloud enabled so you don't have to open specific ports on the campground router, plus you can pan and tilt. They're about $150 for the HD model. I use these in conjunction with the dlink network dvr.

Lots of options, but I'd either use a trail am or use cloud based cameras like the D-link.
