just remember that thing on the back of your trailer is NOT a bumper. It is a sewer pipe holder/storage device! Unforetunetly, that's about all it's good for or rated to carry w/o reinforcement. They usually aren't even a square tube, they are often a folded up and seam welded piece of sheet metal!

I cut mine off, then welded on a 4.5" square x 3/16" thick square tube using full penetation welds on the attachment to the frame and reinforcing gussetts. Now I can carry bikes or my motorcycle.
