You are the best and only judge of what can fit and how it would look. Take a tape measure out there and measure the biggest width you can tolerate, and then start looking at TV specs and see which one will work in that space.
Keep in mind that you are going to need to reconfigure all of the mounting hardware for the TV, since the wall backing plate is not going to be able to take the extra weight of a bigger TV projecting further out from the wall as you are bumping down the road. Also, the bigger the TV the more power it needs so keep that in the back of your mind for when you are boondocking.
