Manufacture/Dealer Problems
Does anyone know if there is any simple way of printing replies to the blogs on this website? Questions is being asked in relation to Nose Cap Fade. I figure if maybe I don't get a favorable response from either Keystone or the dealer who sold me the Keystone product that I would go to both the local Chamber of Commerce as as the state BBB with I would call printed evidence that there is a problem involving a certain portion of their customer service and failure to provide a quality product and fix it when required. I own a 327 RES cougar with Nose Cap Fade as many of you have with various other products of the Keystone line. I have not owned that long and have washed and waxed four times in the short period that I have owned with 3 different products, none of which seem to work, to no fault of the waxing agent. Thoroughly frustrated.
