After two years and many great trips we have traded our 3220Bh in for a 2015
Outback 323BH and so far couldn't be happier! any fellow 323BH owners out there have any good tips/tricks?

I've got a 323BH and love it! One tip for you is to use either a clip of some sort or velcro straps to make sure the door to the pantry behind the kitchen slide stays closed. We had a few things shift enough during travel to push the door open, didn't look, and when we opened the kitchen slide (without looking of course), we just about ripped the door off... I was able to bend the hinge back and fix it, but still sucked because it was only a week in our possession or so...

The only other thing I would say is watch what you load. There is a ton of storage and places to put things in the 323, and you will go over weight very quickly if you aren't careful... I've weighed mine twice since we bought it just to make sure...

Good luck and good travels!
