Cougar 5th wheel TV coax wiring???

Could somebody please explain how Keystone wires the Cougar 5th wheel TV coax base plates behind the LCD TV in the living room area? It has the one base plate, the Winegard with amplifier, coax connection & 12 volt plug. The other coax base plate directly below it has 2 coax connections on it with a short coax pigtail cable going from one connector to the other. I also have a coax base plate connection in the bedroom for a 2nd TV. On the outside of the 5th wheel it has a coax connection that says satellite Prepped. When I hook a cable TV feed up outside everything works fine, TV in living room and TV in bedroom using their own tuners. If I run the feed from our sat. dish to the outside connection, how do I wire the coax for the sat. receiver in the living room? Thanks for the help. I didn't receive any information when we took delivery other than the standard Winegard manual.
