2013 Cougar XLite 27RKS bedroom slide gap

The bedroom slide in this unit does not butt up to the trailer wall and seal; instead there is quite a gap between the slide frame and trailer wall where the cable assembly is, leaving just the rubber flaps to keep weather out - anyone else have this unit and the same situation?

Take it is to get it adjusted...it is under warranty, right?

The cable probably slipped or the pully wasn't tight enough on the motor.
