Interior light fixtures

I know many have changed to the LED bulbs, but has anyone totally replaced the fixtures ?
I would like to replace the swing arm lamp on the wall and the light over the dinette. Found some at the local Menards. Can I use these ?
Also, would love to change out the plastic dome lights type under the kitchen cabinet to a more modern, nice looking unit.
Any help would be great

The existing light fixtures are 12V. If the ones from Menards are 110V, you'll have to rewire. (You might know this but thought it worth mentioning)

That's the first thing that came to mind. Typically the only 110v lighting is a ceiling fan, everything else is 12v. The 12v fixtures only use automotive type wiring. I can't say I've ever seen anything 12v in the lighting section at Menards, then again, can't say I've ever really looked.
