Look into it. IIRC you said you bought Duralast batteries. Realize there are only a few key battery manufacturers and tons of battery "brands"...just like Duralast, Interstate, EverStart etc. Most of them might be made, depending on location, by more than one manufacturer. Johnson Controls (now Clarios), East Penn and Exide are possibilites. But, just because it says "Duralast" and not "Interstate" etc. doesn't mean it's cheap....on the pocketbook for sure. Get the top of the line of whatever battery brand (more plates/better construction) you buy and get something that fits your needs and application. I don't recall that you gave specs on the batteries etc. but don't be fretting over spilt milk. What you purchased will be fine if you aren't running strictly on batteries all the time, depending on lots of run time etc.

If you are hooked up to power all the time I would recommend checking the water level in the batteries maybe once a month.

Since there seems to be some concern regarding the adequacy of ventilation in your battery compartment I would suggest that you consider an AGM battery since they are sealed. Given that you don't boondock a single 12 volt battery should suffice for your needs.

Side note.
You have a 2011 Keystone and you are running your fridge on propane…only?
And you are on shore power?
