Smile Dometic RM1350X Refridgerator

Is anyone having trouble with the fridge doors coming open during travel? The latches do not seem to be working properly. Any suggestions would be helpful.
Thanks

Welcome to the forum

Are you sure the lock is slid all the way to the lock position?

If I remember right, I have shimmed the pins in a motorhome to overcome this issue.

Be sure the plastic latch/hook that is attached to the box hasn't broken. It has 2 little screws that holds it on. The plastic is very thin behind the screw heads, About $38 plus shipping from Dometic as I recall. I used a little bit longer screws and put a washer under the head.
Mine came from the factory like that....standard equipment. No charge!
