We have a 2008 Raptor 3712 which was purchased new in 2009 as a left-over. Graphics on the camper began to curl around the edges in the summer of 2011. Did some trimming and touch-up but the problem progressed to include graphics on the front-cap, rear garage door, street-side and driver side as well.
Contacted Keystone Customer Service on their webiste and explained my problem in the Customer Service section of the website. Within 3 days I received an e-mail from a Customer Service Representative who indicated that if I would provide photos of the graphics, Keystone would send replacements. They provided me via e-mail with photos of a similar 2008 unit with all of the graphics part numbers listed. Sent them a list of the damaged graphic part numbers and some photos. Within 2 weeks I received replacement graphics. Will be removing the old ones and applying the new ones shortly.
