Difference in weights?

Why is a 2024 Cougar 25MLEWE 155 lbs heavier the 25MLE? Using the compare feature on the Keystone website. What am I missing?

The WE version is slightly different in some obscure way than the E version and will generally be a few pounds off one way or the other. This has been mentioned many times on this forum and that is the best I can recollect.

I think the WE ( western edition) has slightly larger tanks. I’m not saying I know for sure, I just work on these marvels.

I have not pulled up the models but there is a difference....never know from model to model what it might be.

I was in FL looking at a Cougar 315RLS (316?) comparing with one on the lot with my dealer in TX. Didn't compare weights but the differences were surprising; all the slides on the WE model in TX had cable slides, one of them on the trailer in FL was ram driven and a solid surface bottom vs darco. I did not look further because DW had made her mind up on a stackable W/D and the Cougars then weren't tall enough for them up front. Now they are (premium)....should have waited a few years.
