SRT 232 Tires
Has anyone had any issues with their tires on the SRT travel trailer, mine are cracking down the center of the tread portion next to the lugs.

Because of the tread design shown in the picture I would guess that they are bias trailer tires. You should consider replacing them with radials.
Regardless of what caused the cracks the tires need to be replaced. Cracks in that area will allow water intrusion into the carcass with failures soon to follow.

Yeah there getting replaced this weekend, and they are radials, they just don't make this size in a true trailer tire I have to drop a size I figured a 1/4" of size difference is better than a blow out. Just very disappointing that keystone would put such a tire on their trailers.

Tell us what year of trailer and date code on tires. Some if not all tires have warranties.

The numbers for the tire build date seen to be 21st week of 2009, if true than they are over 4 years old. RV tires seem to have a life of 5 to 7 years depending on many factors so it might just be normal time for replacement.

According to the Keystone specs for your trailer the LT235/75R15C tires are the correct tire fitment. Any replacement brand that size will provide 1985# of load capacity at 50 psi. That's more than adequate for your 3500# axles.
You might want to look for replacements with a 4 or 5 rib design and shallower tread depth than the OE tires had.

Thanks for the info, just got the Gladiator trailer tire, went with ST225/75/15 it's a nice 5 rib 10 ply tire, It's only 3/8" size difference in the height and a piece of mind.

A little update, the tire dealer said these tires are torque cracked, not weather cracking, it's when the lugs don't glide like a regular trailer tire should, these tires come on all SRT model trailers so make sure you keep an eye on them or they will blow out, once these were changed we noticed all four had deep cracks to the belts, they still had 14/32 to 15/32 tread left on them, I think they come with 16/32 new.
