what vehicle do you use to tow your sprinter 3590
just bought it in process of buying a tow vehicle my friend who moved it for me said it was at the top limit of his 2018 f-250

You are talking about a 14,000 lb. RV with a “dry” pin weight of 2,500 lbs. and a realistic loaded pin weight of about 3,250. Add weight of hitch, truck accessories, people, cargo, etc and you are well into 1-ton truck territory. Be careful though, a 1-ton diesel although better suited to hauling larger loads will typically have less weight capacity than a comparable gas truck. You will need a truck with a minimum cargo/loading sticker rating of 4,000 lbs. plus

You are out of the realm of a 3/4 ton truck (250/2500). You will need a 1 ton truck with a payload of 4k lbs. or more.

Look at the yellow/white sticker inside the driver door frame. It will give the carrying capacity of that particular vehicle. It needs to be well above 3500 lbs. as mentioned previously which will put you in the 1 ton truck category. If you choose a diesel truck....look at that sticker. A diesel engine weighs a lot and takes away from your available payload (weight the truck can carry...not pull). If looking at a 3250 pin weight from the trailer add the weight of the hitch (up to 250lbs. depending on type), weight of passengers, everything in the bed (tools, bbq, firewood, ice chests etc.).
