Heat in Garage Fuzion 371

New Fuzion Owner. I have read the Literature for the Fuzion 371 and it says 2nd AC with Heat Strip in Garage.
Question is how do I turn on the AC unit to get Heat? I have tried turning the thermostat to Heat but only cool air comes out. Works good on AC.
I am not getting enough heat out of the one wall furnace duct register below the Washer Dryer hook ups.

Thanks

Ah yes, it appears they still haven't figured out how to hook up the heat strip at the factory. From what I have heard, everybody's heat strip has come unplugged including mine. Open the A/C filter grate and you will see the heat strip mounted up there. Follow the cord and I bet it is unplugged, just tucked up there. There is a spot to plug it in on the side of the control panel.

Gilpin - That is exactly what it was. I pulled the Cover off and the cord and plug were dangling there. Took me a minute to figure out where it plugged in, but I got it..

Again Super Thanks to you for assisting me with this.

Kurt

No problem! When you run the heatstrip I would suggest opening all the air dumps on the grille as the heatstrip does not get enough airflow across it causing the thermal switch to trip if you keep it closed. At least that is what mine does.
