Are there any good references...

We found the owner's manual sorely lacking instruction about how to get ready to tow, how to set up camp, how to winterize, how to dump waste tanks...
Are there any helpful references out there? We don't want to wreck anything out of ignorance.

Honestly, I find youtube to be a great place to find this stuff. I'd also recommend searching this forum and just using Google. But it's amazing how many people take their own time to make helpful videos on youtube.

Dumping Waste Tanks

Winterizing

Just a few to check out...

You tube and this forum are my spots I go to. If you post your setup on here someone most Likely has the same and will help you out.

Go to http://rvbookstore.com/ . They have an amazing selection of books and video that covers any phase of RV operation, maintenance, and repair you will ever need. They are quick to ship and I've been very happy with everything I've ever purchased.

As a newbie myself, the three best sources of information so far have been:

Youtube
This Forum
and http://www.newrver.com/index.shtml

Not in any particular order

If you know anyone who camps, that is usually helpful but ask anything here.

I found that most all fellow RVers are more than willing to answer your questions. Find a couple of people with RV's and pick their brain, plus as stated in other post this forum is loaded with knowledge.--Smitty
